"And the hard part is done."
She said to herself, aware of her self denial and the trials and tribulations of picture referencing. Blackboard looked like a dark place at this hour, but she must be brave for the secrets of harvard lay within..

I am positive.
Coming home this weekend was possibly the best thing I could have done, looking through all of my old has confirmed in my own mind that I’m definitely on the right path career wise, that intelligence has always run through my work, that I am in fact…good. There, I said it. Maybe for the first time publicly. It’s only taken 7 years to be able to do so. Now I just need to start...

Repetition / Degeneration project.
Here’s another sleep deprived idea. 24 hours of facebook, eg: -top stories every ‘x’ -update status every ‘x’ -post photo every ‘x’ -organise the complete feed over 24 hours, how many status update, how many photo’s posted, how many notifications etc.

Collaboration anyone?
My latest project is a series of experiments mainly based around repetition and timescales, looking at the deterioration that can occur when these two elements are mixed. At the moment these are going to be mainly typography/story based but I have a few ideas for images and repetitive shapes. Hopefully these are going to be compiled in a quite personal art book but if a more suitable medium comes...

The amount to which I torture myself within my...
At least once a year, I seem to take on some creative task that my mind seems to have constructed solely to destroy itself. One year it was all about 164. 164 quotes in 164 boxes that I had to remove 328 stickers from, presented as if they were butterfly specimens. Another was organising the first 1000 results for ‘interact’ as told by google. I do this strange things and I’m not...

Hello and welcome to my first ever alcohol...
Tonight,3rd year Ba Graphic Arts LJMU style had our work in progress show/ cake sale/ illegal bar/ raffle. It went reet well. First off, I just have to say we are a damn talented year. Kudos going to every single illustrator on our course, I have no idea how you guys do it but all of your work was amazing, I could spend the rest of my ever dwindling loan on your prints. Us designers aren’t...
